World Reggae Link ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is a brand owned and operated by Apex Synergy Group, its parent company. By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. All references to "World Reggae Link" in these Terms include Apex Synergy Group where the context requires.
2. Description of Service
World Reggae Link is a digital platform that connects reggae artists, promoters, fans, and industry professionals. We facilitate bookings, event promotion, merchandise sales, and community engagement within the reggae music ecosystem.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Types: Different user types (Artists, Promoters, Fans, etc.) have access to different features.
4. Bookings and Payments
Booking Requests: All bookings are subject to artist availability and confirmation.
Pricing: Prices displayed are in British Pounds (£) and may vary based on event type, location, and requirements.
Payment Terms: Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers (Stripe). Payments are collected by our parent company, Apex Synergy Group, and may appear on your statement under the World Reggae Link or Apex Synergy Group descriptor.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by artist and event. Review specific terms before confirming bookings.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
User Content: You retain ownership of content you post but grant us license to display it on the Platform.
Platform Content: All Platform design, text, graphics, and code are owned by World Reggae Link.
Artist Content: Artist profiles, music, and media are property of respective artists or rights holders.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass security measures
- Use automated systems to scrape data
- Engage in commercial activities without authorization
7. Promoter Verification
Verified promoters have access to artist booking details and pricing. Verification is granted at our discretion based on professional credentials and industry reputation.
8. Birthday Bookings
Special birthday booking packages are available for select artists, including in-person performances and video call experiences. Terms and availability vary by artist.
9. Marketplace Transactions
Our marketplace facilitates sales of vinyl records, event tickets, apparel, and other reggae-related merchandise. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the seller.
10. Limitation of Liability
World Reggae Link acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality of performances, event outcomes, or disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
